I am new to this forum, I was wondering if anyone could help. I acquired a Betta last Wednesday, He is in a 35l tank with 3 Platies. He has spent most of his time near the surface he is very pale in colour, Unfortunately when i got him he was hard to see due to the large fish he was in with and a very dark blue background. He is the sort with the straight long dorsal and tail fins. I have tried live food peas, he doesnt seam to eat has no interest in the other fish and seems to make air bubbles on the surface near the filter. what is wrong with him.
