how many to get?
what ones to get?
what they live with? i was thing only a few shrimp in there.
what sort of surroundings they like best.

i would like it as a species set up with hope to breed maby.

Ok Hi,
I'll answer your questions in the order you asked them.

One small pair (beginners type) in that size of tank
Fundulopanchax gardneri - Aphyosemion striatum - Epiplatys dageti monroviae. (all hardy and beginner recommended)
Ditch the shrimp idea (fish food) Keep them on their own with a tight fitting lid and plenty of plant cover for the female.
Dimly lit tank, dark or no substrate if you intend to breed (hence you will need more tanks)
If you are just keeping them in a natural setup then densely plant with Salvinia, Java Moss, Java Fern and Indian Fern to name some you can choose from.
For a breeding setup then bare tank with spawning mops.
Dont forget the tight fitting lid.
As with all small bodies of water regular water changes are essential 10% weekly in that size of tank.
Feed adults on live, frozen and dry foods in rotation air on the side of live and frozen. remember cleanliness is paramount.
