hi all,
i just wanted to know that can i keep a black ghost in my discus tank i love the way they are but do't have a spare tank and don't want to get one either...
i read it somewhere here only someone kept the 2 together i know they won't go with my oscars for sure

asked @ my lfs they say they won't go together

the thing to remember about BGK is that they can reach over 20 inches so a 2ft wide tank is the very minimum for one of these fish.

the only thing about keeping them with discus might be the temperature but im not too sure about that....

i have an 8 inch BGK in with a 12 inch oscar and they are fine

i have also found that they grow quite fast mine has doubled in size in a few months

moved to new world cichlids because as you should know discus are not from Africa
