I got a new book . I’m getting a new Grindal Worm culture from a guy in WAKO and he put the arm on me to buy his book . It’s got a good general overview of all the major live foods plus some lesser known ones . Anyone who needs the basic information to culture live foods will be well served by this book . I got it off Amazon for $ 14.95 .

I'm sure it will have some good info. I've ordered a copy today another one to add to my collection of live food books
my oldest date back to 1957 fish foods and feeding , by Feronze N Ghadially, more up-to-date culturing live foods by Michael R. Hellweg
another very good book cyclopedia of live foods by Charles O .master

Encyclopedia of Live Foods by Masters is getting to be an expensive used book . I never knew about the Michael Hellweg book . I’ll be looking for that one .

I also bought a new book this week. The Aquarium Fish Medicine Handbook by Roy Yanong and Gregory Lewbart. It has comprehensive sections on diagnosis and treatment of fish illnesses. As a physician I’m impressed by the similarities between human and fish pathophysiology. Medical doctors and veterinary doctors have many aspects of their training in common.
