I got a nerite

Hey all,
I was over at a friends and they kindly gifted me a small nerite snail. I just put it in my tank and my corydoras seem to like inspecting it. Is there anything I should know?

Thats why I accepted, my gosh darn lights are so bright I'm getting some wall algae. I'll get a pic up here when I turn my lights back on. Its kinda pretty, brown with black swirls (like every other nerite LOL).

When I had nerites they left little, white eggs all over the place, which I found unsightly. Other than that, what's not to like? They are pretty enough, good algae cleaners, and they don't reproduce in fresh water, so you are totally in control of their numbers.

Theyre cute, but if female prepare for white flat eggs everywhere lol usually on rocks or driftwood but ive got one girl insistent on laying hers smack on the glass lol

Most are good algae eaters.
