I Get to go to an awesome store today

Today i get to go to THIS store. I can wait to talk to people that actually know what they are doing (compared to Petco). Hopefully they can persuade me to get a 55 gallon tank .

I just got back!! IT WAS AMAZING!!! I got a used 29 gallon tank with a brand new penquin filter for $70!!!! They had probably every kind of freshwater fish known (exaderation but no too much). It was about the size of a wallgreens with just fish tanks. They also had a lot of saltwater fish, they had a HUGE lionfish. AND they will quarantine any fish for up to a week. They had this huge chinese koi, and wow. The best thing was probably watching them feed the 1 foot pirana. So i started up my 29 gallon tank and dont know what to put in it yet, probably like bala sharks or something.

**Edit** Oh BTW i got a nice rock for my 10 gallon tank

Ohh, I've been to that store! It was fun to look around I didn't know they had used tanks there, though...I'll have to check that out next time I'm there. It's a busy store.

There's an even bigger fisher store up north of Minneapolis/St. Paul - it has over 400 tanks of fish

A 29-gallon is what I have and I like it a lot! Have you decided what you're going to put in it yet? I know in your last post you said you were thinking about, so I was wondering if you'd decided yet. I think Bala Sharks get too big for a 29-gallon...

Ya they had changed some of their equipment so they had 1 or 2 for sale. Hey do you know the name of that store north of the cities? Thanks, im thinking of maybe putting some blue rams, and some other fish that go good with them
