James at the top of the page beside your name you'll see a bit sayint "your control panel" click that and you will find an avatar options tab. You van choose one of the standard ones that come with this place or you can do as most of us have done and out a personal one in. For that you need to have a pic(jpeg or gif) somewhere in your personal webspace.
