As much as I love the many types of dwarf gourami that you always see in the shops, I avoided them from advice on here.

Came home from my LFS today with 2 red robin, 2 honey and a small group of sparkling gourami

Spent most of this avo trying to take pics without distortion from the biorb...

What's he doing in there? Tardis Biorb?

Very pleased with my choice and everyone seems to be settling in nicely

I will probably add some more plants...the banana ones are so groovy

Just to be a pedant red robins are honey gourami (colisa chuna)....
Mr honey should colour up soon, you can find a pic of a well coloured male in my sig...

Lucky to find sparkling, can't find them anywhere near me and i think they're gorgeous fish.
No space even if i did.... C'est la vie.

Aha! I am glad you told me about the red robins! I didn'tknow if they were dwarves or not! The male honey is starting to colour up nicely already

One of the sparklers got into my filter last night, so a few modifications are required..talk about panic

The bug....yep, it's a light I have an obsession for all things classic VW

Boil a fine denier stocking and use it as a cover on the filter inlet, if that can be done with Bio-orbs
Thought it was a beetle, my mums the same, i got her a similar light, but in yellow for christmas.

My gosh that is pretty....and you have a marimo ball!!!! LUCKY!! I love that orb tank you have them in, im going to keep an eye out for something like that from now it, it looks spectacular.

Black gravel, planted bogwood and 3 more banana plants cos they crack me up when they start to drift around
