I have five Clown Loaches, three of which have grown normally over the years and two that have not grown at all. The latter two I believe were from the same group and have some sort of dwarfism genetic disorder; they function normally but do not grow. While they all play together a lot of the time, the two small ones tend to be daylight dwellers while the larger three behave as normal being more active in twilight.

I am therefore looking for two clowns that are larger so that the three big 'un's are in a suitably large group.

If anyone has two in the Cornwall area that are too big for their tank I can give them a home in a 640 litre tank which is 6' x 2' x 2'. Ideally they would be no more than five or six inches long so as not to disturb the hierarchy that already exists.

You may come and see my aquarium to show they will have a good home and I will want to see them so I know they are healthy.

PM me if you live locally and have Clowns that need a larger home.
