Hydor 300W External Heater

will a hydor 300w external heater fit my fluval fx5 im thinking about buying 1 but dont want to pay out £30 if it wont fit does anyone have experience with these heaters and fx5's

ive got that heater and it will fit 16mm piping, so measure the piping
excellent heaters too

oh no fx5 pipe is 24mm
