went on holiday to Budapest, went to the grand prix which was just amazing, here's about a zillion pictures of cars on the same stretch of race track

races running were the F1 (obviously), GP2, Formula BMW and Porsche Supercup

got some more pics to post but the forum stops me from posting them all at once.

Great pics - love watching Formula One - me and my eldest son shouting at the screen, critising the drivers and commentators If Hamilton or Button win (well Hamilton anyways LOL) the entire village knows about it from the noise coming from our house!

He wants to be a design engineer for F1 when he's older (16 at mo), wanted to be a driver until he hit about 13 and realised that wasnt going to happen so adjusted his aspirations

ha ha yeah there's a lot of shouting goes on in our house too

well good luck to your eldest, hope it works out for him, good to have a goal at that age, i still don't know what i want to do with my life

anyway here's some more pics........ will have some more from silverstone next year, trying to convince Ian that it's worth £450 each for paddock club

i was at silverstone f1 is great i love it, also im lucky enough to own a signed alonso t-shirt from the seasson he won all framed up,

i wouldn't call that lucky mate! (big McLaren & Lewis fan, Alonso is a swear word in our house!)

was brilliant though, we contemplated going to silverstone this year, the race was on my birthday, but decided it was too much money to spend to go to the hungarian one and silverstone in one year...... then it turned out to be one of the most exciting races in ages and we were kicking ourselves that we didn't go! Never mind..... we'll be there next year for the last one.

im a mclaren fan myself i follow the team as drivers get swaped about every few seassons, but the alonso top was a too good to turn down
