Huge Bloodworm!

I was thawing out my cubes of frozen bloodworms for the fish tonight and I have them in a cup of water. I happen to see this weird blob in one of the cubes and once it thawed out, I saw that it was a HUGE bloodworm. :crazy: The pic is of a regular sized bloodworm and the megaworm. It seems to be just a section of the worm as well. I don't think it's a regular bloodworm, though. :dunno: Whatever it is, the jurupari sure loved it.

looks to me like a leech really. sure looks tasty from a fish's point of view :lol:
 
Hmm... I don't think it's a leech, as leeches are much flatter. I honestly have no idea what it is though. :dunno: In all the years of fishkeeping, I haven't come across anything other than bloodworms in the bloodworm cubes!

mine always has earthworms, woodlice things, long white wormy things... :?
 
lol, i cant touch the bloodworms because i get all itchy and come up in a rash, but even if i could i still wouldnt have that monster in my hand.
