Several times!
Customer service was great. Whenever i phoned they always tried to help and get an answer for me and were honest. I was eager to have my tank delivered when the country was covered in snow!
They deliver the bigger tanks themselves with care and help you take them inside rather than some of the horror stories ive heard about couriers!
Shame they are about 150miles away as they would be one my lfs!
