I have had gone to 2-5 local fish stores and howcome neither of them have all variety of aqua plants, Its sux, cant find riccia anywhere around here

Thats the beauty of online shops, get what you want. Here in the UK there also isn't the demand for a massive variety of plants, so the shops dont stock them. Despite forums like this one, its still quite a niche hobby in the UK.

I dont think one of my LFS stock any decent plants. The one that stocks Tropic seem to keep old stock till it turns brown and dies before getting new stuff in.

Online may be the way to go..
