Our pond is set up, and so far it has 1 small trout, 2 red spotted newts, and about 14 tadpoles. What else can I put in there. The temp rarely gets above 80 in the summer.

Koi and ghost carp will east the tad poles so... the only problem with keeping fish and frogs if they are frogs is that during breeding sone frogs accidently grab goldfish and if they grab them around the head the fish sinks to the bottomw ith the frog and cant breath and will consequently die but you can add as many fish and things as your setup will allow. dont listen to anybody that tells you its about the size of the fish per surface area of water because thats just rubbish. Test your water before and after you put fish in ervytime you put a new fish in your ammonia will rise until there are enough bacteria to cope with the rise. once the ammonia has declined then you can add another fish for aslong as your water tests say your pond is coping with the stocking density but as soon as you find the ammonia takes a long time and a little work to settle you have reached your maximum + allow for the size the fish will grow too and the shape and depth of your pond. + dont make it look crowded!
