Good day,

I have 2 true percula clowns in my tank for a month already. They want to eat only Frozen Brine or Mysis shrimps.
Its all fine with me for now but in case I go on vacation it will become a problem. I need an advice.

I have a very good autofeeder but its useless for the frozen food.

Is there any autofeeders for the frozen food? or maybe there is a way to make fish eat dry food?
I tried Spirulina and Tropical flakes + Bloodworms Freeze Dried - no luck they do not want to eat it.

Any other dry food I can try?

Also how long fish can survive without the food?

Thank you very much for your help.

Keep putting it in the tank until they eat it. If they start getting thin because they arent eating feed frozen until you think you can try the flake again. Believe me I had to deal with it too.

But with which dry food I will have more success? I saw some Dry Brine Shrimp, are they any good?

and as I understand there is no autofeeder on the market for the frozen food, right?

Correct, no autofeeders for frozen. How long is this vacation?

Ah, yeah then an autofeeder or someone who can watch the tank are a must.

Mine eats slow sinking pellet..try it. You can get a small one to try. SH

mine eats anything, try mixing in some dry with the frozen and gradually reduce the amount of frozen

yep, mine eat just about anything, or try, if something that falls in the tank that remotely look like food, they will try to eat it.

Hmm, try a specific marine food like formula one pellets/flakes or omega one pellets/flakes. I personally use omega one garlic pellets and flakes with great results, but formula one is also a great brand.

Anyway, if that doesnt work, even if you soak it in garlic, then just slowly mix the flakes with frozen, a quater flakes, three quaters frozen, then slowly use more flakes, less frozen, until they take it i guess.
