How To Save As Many As Possible

hi peeps some of you must have done this lol
i need as many tip as poss lol to save as many cherry shrimp as i can when i strip down my planted tank all help appreciated just dont wanna think i didnt try to save as many as i could when i remove the substrate

i literally just did this, i esd just very careful doing it slowly i'm going to go to check the plants again in a minute.

I moved them out of a 12 gallon tank ages ago and I left a little bit of water in the tank and the substrate and thats it. I swear there were lots of shrimp found up to 2 weeks later, it was bizzare. There was only about 3 inches of water in the tank too an nothing else but the shrimp kept turning up on the side of the glass.

I would struggle now tho, they are in a 4ft tank an theres tons of them.

thanx this is a 20g tank so there everywhere lol also need to re-fill straight after with a cycled filter and move a few things in so cant really wait for them top appear its a do or die kinda thing
