How to feed brine shrimp to fishes?

After they hatch, I turn off the light on the hatchery, wait a few minutes, then suck them off with a turkey baster. I put them in a small tupperware container, & pull out enough for each tank with an eyedropper. A coffee filter rubberbanded to a cup works good for a strainer, rinse with dechlored water & feed with an eyedropper.
