How To Edit Info On Profile?

I can't figure out how to change, My gender, age and birthdate on my profile. It has it all as unknown and every time I try and click the black edit profile button on the top right corner it only gives the options to edit, Email&Password, 'Ignore' Preferences, Manage Attachments, Notification Options, and My Notifications. No Where can I figure out how to enter my birthday or add that Im female. Please Help.

Those are located under Profile Settings which should be above email & password.

You can't do it until you have made about 60 posts. Its a way of deterring spammers I think...

It is indeed. We had a flood of low post accounts being created that had profiles full of spam links, and some less than ideal pictures. We don't like the idea of restricting members to deter spammers and trolls, but it was starting to get out of hand.
