How to divide a large tank for male and female fish

I currently have a few tanks (a male, a female and a baby tank because I wasn't aware of the mating going on) around my house. I want to combine them to just one large one and have a male and female side. Any tips?

I have a few Molly's, 2 Platy's, and had 1 guppy. Now I have a lot of baby guppy/molly babies. I managed to separate everyone by sex, but now I have 4 tanks and I bought a 75 gallon tank that I was hoping to divide so I only have one to manage.

just get rid of the males or females and keep one sex only.
