I read this on a forum about tankmates for Bettas...I have a very hard time believing this person's advice for a setup. I know some males are less aggressive than others- my male Alpha is extremely laid back and sweet tempered, but no way would I keep him with a bunch of other males!
I have a feeling this guy is trolling and offering bad advice. I wanted to ask if his "right conditions" include constant sedatives added to the tank! has anyone ever heard of a setup with 75 MALES together? In a 125 gallon tank??
"bettas will do very well in community tanks, and you can house multiple males together provided there are no females and you have the right conditions for numerous males. this can get costly, but will be a very beautiful tank. if the tank is large enough, and there are lots of plants you can have large numbers of male bettas together. i have a 125gallon tank, almost two grand worth of live plants and 75 crowntail male bettas in the same tank."
