I am going out of town for 5 days. I have someone looking in on my fish but he comes every other day. How can I keep my guppy fry fed? they are about a week old and are in a 5g tank.

Hmm, ideally you'd want to feed the fry a few times a day, but I understand your dilemma here. If possible, could you see if he could come at least once a day, just to give them a little fry food? What I would also do is put a lot of live plants (including floating plants) in the tank with them. The fry will eat little microorganisms from there.

They will be fine just make sure they are not over feed.

i feed mine though 2-3 times a day for best growth rates.

Hey that sounds like good advice. I have just the perfect plants for that too.

When facing a similar problem myself I had some liquifry food in a trap with the fry, it tends to hang around fora coule of days and they can pick at it as they wish
