How Often To Do Baths/dips?

i noticed Blaze wasn't very active today and on closer inpection i saw he had a few patches on him they are not fluffy but are lighter than his body colour, so i did a methylene sp? blue bath/dip for around 30 seconds at half the recommended dosage.
how often should i do these baths/dips?

and i did a 50% water change to and he seems a little more active after that

With meth blue, I think you'd be better off just adding the recommended dosage to his water. Much less stressful.

I would only use half.. its strong stuff. I once dyed panda corys blue on accident useing 1/4 of the dose lol.
