How often do you feed ?

well i feed once a day but they get flake and blackworms
and i feed aglge wafers after lights out

The community tanks are fed every other day with flake, every other night after lights- out with sinking catfish & carnivore pellets and algae wafters, and once a week with frozen or live blood worm, glass worm, daphnia or brineshrimp (whatever's available)

Most of the puffer tanks are fed once every day with either live jumbo bloodworm, live mealworms or frozen cockles, mussels or prawns, plus live river shrimp once a week.

The exceptions are the two Fahaka Puffers Cookie & Martha.

Cookie is fed once a day with as much as he can eat within half an hour.

Martha is fed on demand which is usually up to four times a day with (thawed) frozen cooked prawns in the shell, plus live jumbo bloodworm, live mealworm & mealworm pupae, then a weekly treat of live river shrimp and a monthly treat of live red crab.

All frozen food except Martha's prawns are defrosted in a vitamin solution.

In the beginning I fed them 2-3 times a day ( I just couldn't resist those 'feed me feed me' looks ) but have since weaned them down to one feeding every two days. Occasionally I give them a special treat just cuz they make me happy and I like them to be happy too

I don't have a strict regimen, but here's a typical week: My community tank gets a wee bit of flake every morning. I skip one or two 2 days per week though. Occasionally I give dried bloodworm instead of flake, when I think of it. They also get frozen brine shrimp or daphnia (usually shrimp) 5 or 6 days a week, usually late afternoon. Every other day they get part of an algea disc in the evening. About once a week I skip the algae disc and give a fresh veggie. Cucumber, zuchini, spinich, or romaine. Whatever the humans are having.

Usually 2 times a day sometimes one. Blood worm about 1 time a week mayeb every 2 weeks, when ever im not being lazy
