My girls and boys are fed twice a day with a fast day on sundays

They get pellets/flakes once a day for 5 days.
One day they get live food
The other day nothing.

That is the way I have been doing it also lately (used to feed just once a day). I have been giving them the Atison's Betta Pro in the morning (just a VERY few pellets) and New Life Spectrum for Small Fish (a couple pellets) in the evening for the garlic. That's Monday - Friday.

Saturday just one feeding of Golden Pearls with 60% protein since I don't do live.

Fast on Sunday.

Two Hikari pellets in the morning and two at night for my girl. Three in the morning and three at night for my boy. Nothin' on Fridays.
