How Much Tpn+ Should I Dose Daily?

I only ordered the TPN+ yesterday afternoon, it's just arrived! (Great work AE!)

So, my question is, how much do I dose daily or every other day? (200l tank, pressurised CO2, 2.8wpg lighting, eco-complete substrate)
