Fish Fanatic
At the moment I've got a well planted tank with 5 guppy adults and about 20+ fry. Unfortunately I haven't got room for another tank, so I've stopped rescuing fry and now I'm just letting the quickest and feistiest guppies survive.
Before the babies came along, I would feed them a little bit once a day, but since I've had fry I've been feeding them a little bit, 3 times a day. Some liquifry in the morning, a pinch of crushed up fish flakes in the afternoon and a few cooked peas in the evening.
Everything seems to be going OK and my water parameters are doing fine, I'm just a little bit concerned that my adult fish are getting a little bit too much to eat and it might not be so good for them.
What do you think? Is there a better way of ensuring that my fry get plenty to eat to help them develop, but my adult guppies don't come to any harm?
Thanks
Kathryn
