How Much Calcium And Iodide Should I Dose?

I have read that dosing iodide and calcium in my water might benefit my shrimp and enhance their colors.
Now I'm wondering, I have both products in liquid form, and wondering how much should I dose?

I don't think they'll be able to absorb liquid calcium unless their calcium source is to be eaten. Calcium by itself is an inert, non-water soluble mineral so absorption should be internal
