How Much Are These Corals Worth?

Hi guys, now as some of you will know, I have decided to sell all my corals and go for fish only with live rock setup.
Now I have took pictures of all my corals and I wouldlike some help in how much I should be asking for them.
I will label the corals with numbers to make it easier for you to say what you think .e.g coral 1 = £20 ect.

Coral 15 - large toadstool coral 12 inches tall, 9 inches across

It's hard to say for the people that don't live right around your area. What do they go for in you lfs? Sell them for a bit less than that.

Why the change in the tank?

you usually get around 50% of the value LFS put on them.

You have some lovely corals there, Where abouts are you, once you've sorted prices out I might be interested in some of your mushrooms and frogspawn (corals 1, 2 and 3)

Kj, im changing the tank because I find corals too much hassle and a really want to start keeping larger angles and butterflies.
I would also like to try fish which are more difficult to keep which are not reef suitable.I know these will be of hassle also but the rewards of healthy looking active fish is more rewarding that a healthy coral imo.

Whats the particular reason why they sell for less ? anyone know?

they sell for less cos LFS have overheads to pay for so bump the prices up in order to cover their outgoing and to make a profit.
your not looking to make a profit just to get a reasonable amount back on what you've spent out.

most of the items your selling would put at £10-£20 depending on the size of the colony/frag.

8. £10-15
9. £10-15

12. £20
13. £5
14. £5
15. £10-15

just my opinions but thats what i'd look to be paying for them from a private seller.

Just checked out the site Victor, really impressed with it.
Like a cheaper version of ebay and just for marine stuff
I will be sure to tell marine keepers I know about it, hope the site gets going really soon as I think ti will be really good if used alot.

And also yeah I did get a good price for the corals, and all will go towards the 200gallon, which is drawing ever closer. Birthday os only on 14th of july! Cant wait, maybe I can persude my folks to let me get it early
