How Much Aqua Plus And Cycle

First of all, I wouldn't bother about the Cycle; I had a free bottle with a tank I bought and it did absolutely nothing.
As for the Aqua Plus; it should tell you what the dosage needs to be on the bottle. There are two ways to dechlorinate new water. You can either;
add enough dechlorinator for each bucket, to the bucket and then add it to the tank, or;
you can add enough dechlorinator for the whole tanks' volume, and then add your new water straight in.
The first method is best for smaller or newly set up tanks that need nurturing; the second method is better for older, mature tanks and large tanks where you're using a hose to refill.
