i saw a couple new-born guppy fry in my tank the other day. the next day...... i didnt see any. i made sure that there were lots of hiding spots for the fry.so are they hiding?there is a pretty bulky filter in their tank, what are the chances they got sucked up? what are the chances they all got eaten.  i did have a fry tank but it got taken over by my betta that was being bullied. i just want to know what the chances are the fry will survive.

thanks

What is your tank size? What tankmates do the fry have? What hiding places do you have for them, exactly? Without knowing this, we can't really answer your questions...
That said, yes, they might definitely be in the filter, probably are, in fact, depending of course on your intake size. Check the media and see if they are caught in it; if they are, they may still be alive. Until my e-Teacher taught me how to effectively cover the intake without blocking it completely, I kept having to fish my adult zebra danio out of the filter bag. I'll probably have to rehome my little boogers and get bigger fish so the filter can effectively remove the large particles, especially as mine is a planted tank.
Congratulations on your new babies!

Hope they make it! Nothing more rewarding than watching them change, through your care and effort, from tiny, frightened, transparent yellow eyes to large, confident adults with smooth, flowing tails!

They sell the little round black sponges that fit over your filter intake, then you can remove them when the fish get big enough.

its a 10g. the stocking is 3 guppies(1m 2f) 1 oto, 2 harlequin rasboras, and 2 neons.i know they are supposed to be schooling. please dont bug me, i know.i used to have more.
in the tank, there is a little cave thing, surrounded by a plastic plant with the leaves to close together for adults to get in. there are also some rocks with the same situation. i hop this helps
