How Many Ppm Nitrite To Ppm Nitrate?

In the title, I know 1ppn Nh3 converts to 2.7ppm no2.

I'd like to know the conversion of no2 to no3.

I think it's 1ppm nitrite to 3.6ppm of nitrate, but I could have remembered that wrong.
