How Many Hikari Pellets To Feed?

anybody know the right number? i would guess about 5 pellets per feeding (twice a day)

should i fatten him up with some more?

I feed Charlie 5 pellets twice a day. I was told 3 to 5 pellets twice a day. Plus a treat of brine shrimp or blood worms once a week.

you really feed them that much? I feed my community tank only once every other day. Do bettas eat that much more?

that seems a bit excessive to me. 3-4 pellets twice a day. i've been going 3 pellets twice a day and it works out just fine.

less food = less waste = cleaner tank

as long as the bettas aren't bloated you are ok.

Wow, I feed my betta much less! He gets crushed flakes or a few blood worms once a day, sometimes twice. I always go with being cautious rather than risk overfeeding.

i feed attisons betta pro, and it is smaller the hirki pelets, and only one x a day if not condidting, if breeding 2x a day with blood worm every other.

now the babies get feed 2 x a day cause they are little gonna be 11 weeks on sat.

What do they prefer to eat? One of my bettas is picky and wont eat the pelets. is it ok to only feed bloodworms?
