How many fish

While my tank is going thru the fishless cycle I have been looking at possible fish for the tank. I have a Rio 125 tank which is 125 litres and measures 81cm x 36cm x 50cm. So how many fish could I put in tank. The fish I like are cardinal or neon tetras, honey gourami (or red or yellow), harelquins and bristlenose catfish.

Any advice much appreciated.

Do you know your water parameters like KH and GH?

Gh is 4.2 or 75ppm hence the reason for fish in the list.
