How many fish can input in a 125 l tropical tank with external filter. ?

It depends on what kind of fish you want!
General rule (slim bodied fish) is one fish per gallon.
But that is not 100% accurate.

There aren't really any rules or guidelines; there are too many variables.
 
What are the dimensions of your tank? Is your water hard or soft? acidic or alkaline? Are there any fish you particularly want? What kind of set up are you going for; Amazonian (stream or blackwater?), community, cichlids? Tropical or temperate? Freshwater, brackish or marine?
