How long can fish go without food?

at least 1 week,- 1 month. if you have plants in there they'll survive on that , but you know how long can you go without food. .

just wondering..what can you buy for them if u go on holiday? my tank has some right pigs and i dont want them to eat it all in one day....

you can buy auto feeders that dispence a certain amount of food each day or how ever you set it.

I have never used one so can't really say if they are good or even reliable

Feed them before you leave, they will clean the tank up for you, as them feeders can pollute the tank causing alot of fish to die through pollution.
