I have 2baby convicts an 1 baby Demasoni in a 20g long they are all abt 2cm long not sure how old how long till i need to upgrade my tank also i know demasoni need larger groups just waiting for my 120g so how long do i have also it with lots of wood and rocks for hiding spots

I'm not at all familiar with demasoni, but mixing old and new world cichlids is not normally a good idea, regardless of size.

I have another tank with bolivian rams should i put it in with them
