It's been alittle over a week since I cloned my 55g tank and put the fish from my 20g to this tank so I was wondering when I could add some more black widow tetras to the tank?

Need water stats, as it could send it into a mini cycle with adding more fish if the bacteria colony isn't ready for more fish.
Get water tested.

Ok I'll get it tested as soon as I can and will let you know. So while I'm there and for example the stats are ammonia: 0 Nitrites: 0 Nitrates: 35 or less and P.H.: 7.6 could I get fish that way I would be able to make use of the trip since I don't get to go to my lps very often?

That would be fine, but i would only get two, as it's still a fairly new set up, don't want to be adding to many fish to quick.

Do you think it would be better to wait for the last 2 weeks that the filter from my 20g has to be in their before I add more fish and if the water stats are good?

Just go on water stats if they are good, add two, but it would be good if you could get test kits then you are not in the dark.

Alright got the water tested, results are ammonia: 0 nitrite: 0 Ph: 7.2 . What would cause the huge difference between my 10g and 20g and my 55g because my 10g and 20g P.h is 7.6 but what would cause the huge difference in Ph? I got the 3 long finned black widow tetras and may not get the other 2 black widow tetras because the tank will look over crowded once I get the angels.

Durb, do you still have your 20 gal filter in the tank? If so are you planning on removing it or leaving it? If you have it in there still and plan to remove it, i'd recomend waiting until you remove it and have the tank stable for a couple of weeks.

The pH difference is likely from a lower kH. Just an example of what KH can do...my tap water has a very low KH, but comes out of the tap at 9+++. After a few hours it will go down to around 8.0. At the end of the week, my pH will be between 7.4 and 7.6

Ph may also be affected from substrate, in my 57gallon i use black pebbles that sends my ph quite high (eventually, 1-2 months) if I dont have driftwood in there keeping down

Yes I still have the filter in the 55g and don't plan on removing it till I get all the fish I want for it and the stats stay of for a couple weeks after I'm finish stocking the tank. I just use regular natural colored gravel and I use it in my 20g and its P.H. is 7.6.
