Ok so I have a 10 g that needs to be cycled I've had it for 5 years I resent lay disassembled it to clean it I used green works all-purpose cleaner to clean it I just put it back toe heather how long will cycling take

Generally cycling takes anywhere between 4 to 8 weeks dependant on certain factors.
 
If you can get hold of mature filter media from a friend or possible to buy get some from LFS, the cycling process will be quicker.

Because you've used a chemical for cleaning the tank, you'll need to clean the tank again with a white vinegar solution. 10 parts water, 1 part white vinegar. Then just mix and rinse the tank with this solution. You can also wipe it down with a tank-only rag.

Attibones - will the vinegar neutralise the chemicals?  How does that work, does it only react with bleach-based chemicals?
