How long will it be till my guppy gives birth she's getting quite big

Without a photo it's practically impossible to tell.

You want to look out for her 'squaring off'; that means her belly will develop distinct corners, especially at the front.
 
Once that happens, they usually give birth within 24 hours, although they can hold onto their fry if they feel stressed.

From what I've seen, fluttermoth, it's really difficult for newbies to grasp the squaring off. Just sayin'.
