Not very hard but it depends on the type of gourami..
Most very very easy and some pretty hard. One of the hard ones being kissing gouramis. They are hard because there is no way to tell male from female and space required. Others like Blue\Gold\Opaline\Giant\Dwarf\Paradise are very easy to breed and it can be done in a 10-20 gallon tank.

nope platinum are very easy.
10 Gallon tank.
No Substrate
Corner Filter
6 inch water lever
82 degree water
and
some things floating on the top of the water.

honeys are the same way as platium. Ive been trying so hard to breed kissing gouarami but i just cant

Honey Gourami is a type of dwarf gourami so breeding is very simple. One Male one Female. 10 Gallon tank. 6 inches of water with a corner sponge filter. 82 degreee water. Have floating plants os something that floats covering the top of the tank so that the male will build a bubble nest (i use margarine lids). Then after the eggs are layed remove the female. when the eggs hatch remove the male. the fry should be fed infusoria, and later, brine shrimp and finely ground flakes.

i think what makes them so hard to breed are the fact that they mature late, for starters, and you can't sex them.

Also, you need a lot of floating plants to trap their floating eggs which they just ignore (from what i'v read)

Good luck man!!!
