im getting ready 2 go Marine & buying all the things i need noo ive just been offer a D-D twin T5 19w 3ft all im asking is how good this light & how much would u pay second hand 1 for them

id have said probably not. £150 2nd hand seems a lot to me for a 3' unit. My mate got a 3' unit with 4 T5's and decent reflectors for £90 2nd hand

how many tubes is it?

also on a 3' tank a single 150W halide may be a good plan. Less bulbs to change. Will give you a bright spot in the middle and then shaded areas at the sides.

its only a twin unit but thats wot i thought i could do better that £150 thanx for the reply
