How Fast Do Severums Grow?

Does anyone know how fast severums grow? i bought one yesterday that was about 2 inches long. I feed him blood worms every other day and cichlid pellets every day. How long do you think it will take him to grow to 6 inches? 12 inches?

What size tank is he in, and what is in the tank with him?

Its a 55 gallon tank with 4 small clown loaches.
1 gold gourami
1 common plec
8 tiger barbs

I've had mine for nearly a year. I got them at an inch and now they're nearly 3 I suppose... but I don't feed them as much as you do yours.

The more you feed, the better your water quality is and the warmer the temps... the faster your fish will grow.

i got mine at about 1.5-2" and after 10 months there now 6", although saying that there hasn't been much visible growth in the past few months.

I've had gold and green severums and though both kinds seemed to get pretty large, I never remember them growing that fast. The green ones can be beautiful.

Gold and green are exactly the same fish... Just different colours. Green is the natural wild caught colour (I beleive) and gold is albino. There wouldn't be a difference between the two

Before I have like 6 at arround 7" I bought them when they were arround 1" in 3 years they grow from 1 - 7 so you can say every year = 2" would be good.
