How Do You Remove A De Mh Bulb?

Okay a tad embarrassing but I really don't want to wreck the fixture. It came with a bulb already in it so ahven't had to remove the bulb before took me a good twenty minutes just to work out how to get the fixture open. The DE bulb is slotted in very tightly and I can't work out what the trick is to remove it. So how do you take out a DE MH bulb?

Never mind I finally got it out, just needed a tonne more force then I expected.

Make sure you use a cloth to install the new one.
