How Do You Post Pics?

Every time I try to add a pic it says there is an error. I dont have paintshop, so how would I make my pics smaller?

Hi, in paintshop there is (probably, im a photoshop person myself) setting for saving it as a lower quality image file. If that dosnt work you can always host your images online using a service like imageshack and link to them with the little insert image tag...
