how do you plant moss?

how do you plant aquarium moss to stuff like rocks or plants? does it float or anything like that? or does it just attach it self or somthing like that...

you can use fishing line or netting to tie it onto whatever you want it to attach to. Then wait patiently till it grabs on. Try to keep it out of strong current, and away from naughty fishies, or attach it really really well.

do you know what kind of normal aquarium plants can attach to rocks?

I know Java fern, and Java moss can. I am thinking you could probably get wisteria and hygrophilia to mine roots itself fiercly.
