ok the girls tank is a 10 us gal with 9 female bettas
the boys is also a 10 us gal divided in to 4 spaces, with 4 male bettas
the 21 ct babies are indivdualy jarred
and the new batch of fry were spawned in a 20 us gal

it seem alittlemuch in the girls tank but all the tanks are cycled perfect and the grils tend to fight alot if there are less, like every time i take one out to condition or spawn the rest fight till the one comes back...
everything works great now sooooo, if its not broke, dont fix it?

I divide my 10 gals into 4 sections as well. All of the females that I plan to breed, I keep separate in the same manner as I keep my males to ensure that I don't lose any of them. I treat the divided tanks with nitrofurazone altered with quick cure to prevent any illnesses. I recently found new homes for all but two of my males though, so instead of being in a 4 sectioned tank, they're in 5 gal sections each. I'll adjust as my fry grow and I need to keep more. Hopefully I'll end up getting a barracks system set up though and won't have to redivide anything any further. It looks nice as is. My fry are also in a 20 gal tall, and will be jarred shortly in 1 gal individual jars. I also have two new spawns that I'm setting up in 2- 10 gal tanks.
