How Do You Do A Fishless Cycle.

Well, I have a 10 gallon tank and I need to cycle it. So some websites say to put certain types of fish in the tank, but I dont want to put fish in it. How do I do a fishless cycle. I dont have time to post details, but I'll be on later to tell you the details about my tank.
