1,250 posts and you can change it. well I know its definatly around that number of posts.

how do you change the writing above the fish?

click on "My Controls" (forum sash menu)
then click "Edit Profile Information"
if you have the option (not sure of the qualification). the top option, should be, "Custom Member Title" thats it, type your comment there.

Only if you have 1250 posts. Some members can change at a very daft number before that like 1235 or something.

Ahh, i see. so the answer is. "you can't, till you have 1250 posts (give or take)".
