I think someone makes a filter for up to 3 gallons. It's an HOB. But for heating, I think you need to put a heat matt under it.

lmao u can get filters for 1-5gallon aquariums, and my 2 gallon (betta) has a light with a reflector behind it or something and it heats the tank
